Natural Dental Implant and porcelain crown in Chicago to replace my Baby tooth*

Patient had a baby tooth in position #10 her left laterial incisor. It was mobile and ready to fall out. She wanted to improve her overall smile color and shape of teeth bothered her. We placed Porcelain veneers on the surrounding 7 teeth and a dental implant crown with a custom abutment was placed.
