My crowns look Opaque and Fake, Please help me with new crowns Dr Weller Chicago*

Patient had old fake looking crowns done on his 6 teeth. They were very white opaque and fake looking. His smile on the sides cut off and pointed to the 6 bigger white porcelain to metal crowns he had done. During his Smile Makeover analysis we discussed giving him a white but adding in transluency with all porcelain crowns and veneers.
