Patient had a bad crown on front tooth that had internal resorption of the root. The tooth needed to be pulled and we had to do a 3 unit dental bridge with one veneer to balance out the front 4 teeth. She lost a lot of bone due to trauma when she was adolescent and also due to the root absorption. This is a great restorative case for not wanting to use a dental implant.
