Patient had a tooth that was injured as a child falling off a bike, She had old root canal and crown with significant absess when she came to Dr. Jeffrey Weller in Chicago. We recommended taking the tooth out and then considering an implant and a veneer on adjacent tooth. The bone was badly affected and an implant could not be placed. Dr Jeffrey Weller, dentist placed a 3 unit all porcelain bridge and some additional veneers to improve color, shape and overall smile. We laser contoured her surrounding gum line to balance for the loss of gum and bone on the tooth she lossed.
