CHICAGO IL, All on 4  Dental implants supported teeth with Dr. Jeffrey Weller*

Patient came in with severe bone loss, decaying old dentistry, bone loss and very long teeth restorations from Periodontial disease. He needed most of his teeth restored and wanted to make the best investment in both arches of his teeth and the easiest going into retirement. All remaining teeth were extracted and 4 dental implants in our Chicago office were placed on top and bottom. We immediately placed a healing all on 4 appliance. Patient left that day with teeth in a day from Chicago office location. 5 months later of healing we placed a final all on 4 appliance over the 8 dental implant sites that had a titanium bar for added strength. We made the patient a Night Guard as well.
