Patient was missing front tooth from bad accident and had lived with a removable tooth for years til he found the right dentist to fix his smile. Thanks to Chicago cosmetic dentist Dr. Jeffrey Weller for making his smile great again and his conservative approach. Dental implant crown with custom abutment was utilized and surrounded it with 3 porcelain veneers on central and laterials. 4 porcelain restorations made a nice difference for this patient without getting to crazy.
