As a courtesy, we will keep your credit card information on file in a secure location to be utilized for your out of pocket estimates and balances. Prior to all procedures, your investment will be discussed with you so you will be well prepared and be able to utilize express checkout. Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients, we can utilize insurance benefits from most self-insured, PPO, and traditional insurance plans for preventive and restorative dental care. Please contact our office with any insurance questions you may have and one of our Insurance Coordinators will be happy to assist you. Please note that insurance typically does not cover Cosmetic Dental Procedures.
